Continuing on from the Piaggio range is the ultimate name in scooters - the Vespa, a household name as it has become, known to millions the world over for the past 56 years. Since it's birth in 1946, designed to offer a practical and economical solution as a form of transport to the masses in post war Italy, it was soon starring in films such as Quadrophenia, giving it a cult following through the 60's and 70's.
Today the Vespa range is winning the affection and admiration of a new generation, with it's 5 model range of traditional to modern scooters.

If you passed your car driving test before February 1st 2001 and hold a full licence, you can legally ride a 50cc scooter without taking any further training or tests. The 125cc models can be ridden with L-plates on a provisional or full car licence after completing a Compulsory Basic Training which consists of a low cost, one day course which can be arranged via us at the Scootershed.
All new Vespa Scooters are supplied with a 24 month warranty included in the purchase price. All scooters over 50cc come with 12 months breakdown recovery insurance.
